Q1: Who will be doing the Setup?
Parkson appointed Service Provider, Radiant Globaltech Berhad (formerly known as Axiome Portal Sdn Bhd).
Q2: Why Supplier needs to use the new Parkson Supplier Portal?
Parkson aims to upgrade the technology to improve productivity and ease of exchange trade documents.
New Billing (By RGT) Related
Q3: When is the available date for Sept’18 billing for Portal Charges?
Sept'18 portal fee invoice is available to download at the portal. Under Portal Billing -> Portal Invoice.
Q4: What is the new sign up procedure?
The new sign up form between supplier and Radiant Globaltech will be done online at portal. For existing suppliers, you will be redirect to a new sign up form. Once user fill up the form, a new Parkson Supplier Portal Sign Up form will be generated for printing. You are required to return the signed & stamped hardcopy to RGT / Parkson. There will be no service interruption for the sign up procedure.
For new sign up packages, you can use the online sign up link at the Login page [Click here to sign up]. Submit the form and check your email for further instruction. Steps are the same as previous.
Q5: Is there any new charges or change of charges fee?
All portal fee charges remain the same as previous or stated in the leaflet by parkson. All charges are subjected to government Tax.
Q6: If I have already sign up agreement with Parkson, do I need to sign up again?
Yes, you are required to sign up the parkson supplier portal sign up form with Radiant Globaltech Berhad. We will make sure no service interruption between this transition periods.
However the new sign up form will not require Parkson Buyers approval. The new form is available to download at the portal once supplier fill up the new sign up form.
Q7: When can we sign up the new sign up form with RGT?
It is ready for supplier to sign up a new sign up form with RGT. It will be available once you login to the portal.

Q8: Will there be any training provided on the usage of the Parkson Supplier Portal?
Yes. Training will be provided by Parkson appointed Service Provider, Radiant Globaltech Berhad and user can download user guide from Parkson Supplier Portal.
Q9: Where will be the training session hold?
The training session will be held at the Service Provider office or otherwise stated by Service Provider.
Q10: When will be the training session or any schedule?
The training session schedule will be provided to the Suppliers. Please look out to the announcement page at the portal for training schedule.
Q11: How long will be the training session?
The training session will be around one hour.
Q12: How many training session are there?
There will be one training session per month.
Q13: How to register for the training session?
Please contact your buyer to register for the next training session.

Q14: Who will be the contact person when there is no Sales data due to Portal issues?

Hotline number contact for general enquiries or technical issues regarding Parkson Supplier Portal at +603 - 9212 4319. The number is also available at the Parkson Supplier Portal website.
Q16: What is the Parkson Supplier Portal support services hour?
Parkson appointed Service Provider, Radiant Globaltech Berhad will provide the following support hours. 0900H to 2359H from Monday to Sunday (Including Public Holiday).
Q17: What will be mode of file transfer (Enterprise Package)?
FTP. Upload and download feature available at the Parkson Supplier Portal.
Q18: Will Supplier Portal allow multi user login to process the same transaction at the same time?
No. However supplier can create up to 5 users per package
Q19: Will suppliers able to access the Supplier Portal from out of office?
Yes, wherever internet is available.

Q20: Will Radiant Globaltech Berhad IT ensure the smooth flow with appropriate testing after the Set-up done?
Yes. About 1 – 2 weeks extensive off site testing will be done by Radiant Globaltech Berhad IT prior to activation.
Q21: Who will be the contact person when there is price discrepancy?

Q22: Who will be the contact person when there is quantity discrepancy?

Q23: Who will be the contact person when there is no latest Sales data?

Q24: How does the new system minimize the process to reconcile discrepancies?
The visibility of the Sales data will enable the Supplier to be alerted on any discrepancies earlier to invoice and payment. The feature of item master file comparison will reduce the product related discrepancies.

Q26: How to address portal issue using ticketing services?
You can create a new ticket by navigate to

button and your ticket will be automatically sent to our helpdesk support. You will receive email notification upon successful ticket creation.
Q27: How do I know if helpdesk is responding to my ticket?
You will receive email notification when there is a respond from Helpdesk. Besides, you can also trace your ticket by navigate to
